Photographic services are offered for real estate agents
and independent sellers to increase the quality and
visibility
of their property listings. A collection of
still photographs
documenting both interior and exterior of the
property are
produced, including key points of interest -
living room, kitchen,
bedrooms, bathrooms, basement,
or any other sections that may need to be
displayed. The exterior is also documented, revealing an accurate
view of the complete
structure, as well as the yard or acreage.
All images are shot in high resolution that will be
provided to the client on CD for any printing purpose they may desire,
in addition to the 72 dpi web resolution files for website display.
Images will also be perspective corrected, to hopefully eliminate the
"building falling backward" effect. The corrected images offer a
more accurate view of the scene.
"Virtual Tours" are also produced that
reveal
a full 360 degree view of any section of the property.
They offer an "interactive" view of both the interior and exterior of
the property "in the
round."
The still imaging and virtual tours are both included in
the same package. (See prices).
A webpage will be built on this website at no
extra charge that the seller or realtor can
simply link to. This will include all virtual tours and images
ordered, and any contact information desired.
