Infrared Photography has been a passion of mine for years. To take a peak into a portion of the light spectrum that we can't visibly see is very exciting. I always think of it as a few steps outside of reality, maybe into another dimension. Of course watching too many Karloff movies as a kid may have something to do with it! It's Simon Marsden's fault too, one of the greatest atmospheric infrared photographers of our time...thanks for the inspiration! I'll mention Joe Farace as well, who shares my fascination with infrared photography, and whose monthly articles in Shutterbug magazine I never miss. The photos here are presented in order of the year they were taken. You'll notice several from my home town of Flint, MI and my second home town of St. Augustine, FL. Take some time and browse the galleries and I hope you enjoy them as much as I did taking them. To purchase a print, see information in the order prints section.
